ようやく4曲目となりました歌詞の和訳はWe Drink Your Blood！この曲は彼らの初PVであると同時に，彼らの人気を爆発的に引き上げることになった作品でもあります。

ライブの定番にもなっているこの曲は，フェスティバルでもひと際大きな盛り上がりを見せています。曲の前にアッティラが“Do you know what we drink?”とファンに尋ね，“BLOOD!!!”と返すのがお決まりです。

→カインはアダムとイヴの第一子。弟のAbelを殺し，その行方を知らないと嘘をついた。世界で初めて殺人を犯し、世界で初めて嘘をついた人物であるとされている。
